Pam Stewart has been a practicing bankruptcy lawyer in the Houston and Victoria areas for more than 19 years.  Not only does she represent clients, she also teaches other lawyers about bankruptcy law. She is also the current president of the Houston Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and she sits on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (“NACBA”).

So, when she isn’t in the office or in court working for her clients, chances are excellent that she’s sitting in a conference hall either teaching other bankruptcy lawyers or learning the newest cutting-edge techniques for protecting your rights against creditors.

Pam got her undergraduate degree at the University of New Orleans in 1986, and her J.D. at the University of Houston in 1990.  And, Pam’s a graduate of O. Max Gardner’s Bankruptcy Boot Camp – 2006, 2008 & 2010.
