SPOTLIGHT ON: Parman Law Group

Only two of the law firms on this list are run by female attorneys, and this is one of them.  The managing partner’s name is Maryam Parman and her sister, who is also an attorney, can be found in the office next to hers, along with several other attorneys in various specialities.  The firm helps homeowners negotiate loan modifications, along with handling bankruptcies, debt settlement and personal injury cases.

Why do I mention that the Parman Law Group is one of the two firms managed by female attorneys?  Because I think it gives the firm a different feel than firms run by male attorneys, that’s why.  I’m not saying it’s bad, by any means… in fact I like the way Parman Law feels, and I like Maryam Parman a lot.

She’s comes across as being compassionate, straight forward, obviously very knowledgeable and highly skilled.  She also has a great sense of humor, something that comes across in the numerous articles published by the firm.

Don’t get me wrong, however, Parman Law Group, like the other firms listed here, is very serious about keeping families in their homes.  According to the firm’s Website, they will “compel your lender to deal with your requests in a timely, serious and straight forward manner,” and I believe them.  In fact, you get the message that the firm’s style is strong and unwavering as you read other statements on their site like:

“We explain in a convincing manner to your lender your unique FINANCIAL HARDSHIP using our expertise. We use current laws that protect homeowners & consumers to persuade your lender to be flexible. We negotiate a new loan that will give you and your family a new start to get back on track with LOWER PAYMENTS according to your qualifications.”

Of course, that’s the firm talking about itself.  Are these claims believable?   Can the firm really substantiate these well-written words?   Digging deeper, I learned, yes, they can.  The Parman Law Group takes testimonials very seriously and they’ve got more than their share of very happy clients.  You can watch clients talk about their experiences with the firm on video, and I’d recommend doing so.

The Parman Law Group is a very serious group of legal advocates for consumers, dedicated to giving a family the representation they need and deserve. Their purpose is to enable a family to keep their home, and they do everything possible to make that happen.

The Parman Law Group’s style is refreshing. They cut to the chase. There is no fluff and no perfunctory statements in this firm’s repertoire whether it be on their website or in their negotiations. They are fair and upfront with clients and, just like the other firms I list, won’t take on a client unless they truly believe they can help them.
